Senior Instructor - Carl Jones 6th Degree Black Sash and Guardian of Lau Gar
Carl has been training in Lau Gar Kuen since 1975 and has taught in the Swansea area since 1985. Carl instructs at the Trebanos club and also teaches courses for the other instructors from the South of England.
